Valerie Gale-Moffit is a nurse at heart and by training, who has intentionally pursued progressive leadership opportunities allowing her to have a meaningful impact, changing lives, communities and companies for the better. As an influencer and transformational leader with 3+ decades in healthcare, Valerie has brought her pursuit of excellence to several large healthcare systems serving North Texas, including Baylor Scott and White Health, HCA, Texas Health Resources, Methodist Health System and Christus Health. Primarily responsible for building organizational infrastructure and management, including coaching for performance and outcomes, patient safety, healthcare improvement, clinical effectiveness, organizational readiness and change/project management, Valerie and her teams have designed and built countless programs, executed initiatives, pursued the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and achieved numerous zero-finding surveys for The Joint Commission.

Ms. Gale-Moffitt most recently led transformation and infrastructure building activities at Nomad Health, as their Vice President for Clinical Excellence and Credentialing Operations where her grassroots program for pre-assignment clinical coaching and education earned the highest award for Innovation in Learning from the American Staffing Association. In 2024, Valerie joined Healthcare Plus Solutions Group (HPSG), led by co-founders Quint Studer and Dan Collard, to fulfill her desire of getting closer to the frontlines of healthcare again. In her role, Valerie helps build exceptional places to work, where patients and their families can receive the best possible, whole-hearted care.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Calgary [Canada], a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Dallas Baptist University [DBU], as a healthcare executive and former faculty at DBU , Valerie is intentional about building high-performing teams that rigorously execute strategic initiatives to achieve clinical and operational excellence. She invests time leading other leaders to success, creating beauty around her, and is committed to leaving anyone and everywhere better than when she arrived.

Nicole has an intense desire to make a difference…and it shows. Throughout her work in events, sales & marketing, community work, and business development, Nicole’s career spanning 15 years has produced consistent results.

In 2014, Nicole joined Quint Studer as one of the first employees at Studer Community Institute. She was on the team that piloted the first early learning programs in Pensacola, FL. Nicole also spearheaded the small business training and development program, ultimately helping initiate EntreCon, a nationally known business and leadership conference. Most recently, she organized The Gratitude Symposium, impacting over 61,000 healthcare professionals with 45 expert speakers.

Today Nicole plays a vital role in working with partners and making an impact. She is a certified Management by Strengths trainer and manages all operations, assessments leads the data and research division, and helps organizations turn data into knowledge.

As a former Program and Events Manager for the Chamber of Commerce, she is instrumental in organizing and managing events that have an impact on individuals and organizations. Her extensive experience in sales and marketing with Cox Media has translated into success with organizations she assists. Whether managing partner engagement, managing book sales, designing and maintaining the website, the constant for Nicole is results.
