She is known for her ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that foster organizational alignment and deliver measurable outcomes. Organizations she partners with recognize her ability to deliver both engaging presentations to large audiences as well as personalized coaching to leaders and frontline staff.
Luisa is originally from Colombia, speaks three languages, and currently resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with her husband and daughter. She holds a Master’s Degree in Art History & Marketing from the academic branch of the prestigious auction house Christie’s in New York and a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from Boston University —an academic foundation that reflects her lifelong commitment to understanding people, perspectives, and the stories that shape them.
