Courtney has a passion for serving others and helping execute the company’s values. In her role as Executive Administrative Assistant for Healthcare Plus Solutions Group (HPSG), Courtney supports Dan Collard, Co-founder and Partner, and Nicole Webb Bodie, Partner. She utilizes her people and organizational skills through calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication with clients. In addition, she helps execute the company’s mission and vision by assisting with projects and preparation for speaking engagements, partner site visits, and conferences.

Prior to HPSG, Courtney was the Administrative Assistant for the Pediatric Therapy Center (PTC) of Northwest Florida. She acquired effective administrative qualities that she is able to apply in her current role with HPSG. Before PTC, Courtney successfully completed the MIT Program with Hotel Equities, where she learned hotel operations/sales & marketing at the SpringHill Suites Houston Medical Center/NRG Park. Succeeding in her role as Management Trainee, Courtney was internally promoted to Front Office Manager at the Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Beach.

In December 2017, Courtney graduated from the University of West Florida (UWF) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality. Fun fact: she was the first intern for the Global Hospitality and Tourism Management (GHTM) department in Spring 2018. During her internship, Courtney had the privilege to be a part of planning and executing the first event hosted by UWF’s GHTM department for the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

Today, Courtney is equipped to use her hospitality skills to help support HPSG’s Mission: To have a positive impact on those that receive care and those that provide care.
