Cyndi Hall, MHA, CPHQ is committed to helping healthcare organizations transform the way they think about and deliver care. Through the intentional design and implementation of best practices, she finds joy in helping healthcare workers and leaders deliver high-quality care and improved outcomes.   

After graduating from the University of Michigan, Cyndi started her journey in healthcare by pursuing her Master of Healthcare Administration at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health in Chapel Hill, with a focus in quality, change management, and finance. She uses her Lean Six Sigma training and quality performance improvement skills to help healthcare organizations treat their most urgent pain points. Cyndi has worked across North Carolina on both the payer side, for United Healthcare Group, as well as the provider side including UNC Health, New Hanover Regional Medical Center, and Carolinas Healthcare System now Atrium.    

Most recently, Cyndi served at UNC Health as the creator and implementor of a new systemwide division dedicated to Care Redesign.  Focused on creating pathways to remove unwarranted variation in care, she helped lead UNC Health to stronger patient satisfaction scores on pathway, reduced length of stay and readmission rates, and improved clinical outcomes.  

Cyndi joins the Healthcare Plus Solutions Group team as a Senior Advisor, working collaboratively with HPSG’s client partners to drive sustainable improvements in employee engagement, staff retention, and patient experience. With her expertise in both change management and quality, Cyndi will empower leaders to identify, plan, and execute improvements throughout their organization, ensuring successful results and encouraging innovation across the entire organization. 

Cyndi lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband Ruffin, and enjoys spending time with her three children and her labradoodle Oskar. During her down time, you will find her reading, hiking, or going to a Pilates class.  

Nicole has an intense desire to make a difference…and it shows. Throughout her work in events, sales & marketing, community work, and business development, Nicole’s career spanning 15 years has produced consistent results.

In 2014, Nicole joined Quint Studer as one of the first employees at Studer Community Institute. She was on the team that piloted the first early learning programs in Pensacola, FL. Nicole also spearheaded the small business training and development program, ultimately helping initiate EntreCon, a nationally known business and leadership conference. Most recently, she organized The Gratitude Symposium, impacting over 61,000 healthcare professionals with 45 expert speakers.

Today Nicole plays a vital role in working with partners and making an impact. She is a certified Management by Strengths trainer and manages all operations, assessments leads the data and research division, and helps organizations turn data into knowledge.

As a former Program and Events Manager for the Chamber of Commerce, she is instrumental in organizing and managing events that have an impact on individuals and organizations. Her extensive experience in sales and marketing with Cox Media has translated into success with organizations she assists. Whether managing partner engagement, managing book sales, designing and maintaining the website, the constant for Nicole is results.
