Ellen Gifford, MBA, SHRM-SCP is an innovative human resources executive, coach, and business consultant with nearly 30 years of leadership experience in the healthcare, insurance, entertainment and hospitality industries. Ellen has successfully helped both small not-for-profit organizations and large corporations grow their businesses by advising them on how to execute on business strategies that enable them to outpace their competitors even in times of complex talent landscapes. For nearly three decades, Ellen’s passion for talent and innovation has helped her champion new ways of thinking about culture in the modern workplace. Her strategic vision drives results by aligning the company’s overall business strategy with its most important asset, people.

Ellen is renowned for her talent in building highly productive teams by empowering individuals to leverage their unique gifts and talents to meet critical business needs. She has successfully led multidisciplinary teams to achieve Great Place to Work designations by fostering a positive company culture and high employee engagement. As a strategic thought partner, Ellen excels in organizational alignment and design, driving operational efficiencies and market growth.

In 2024, she joined Healthcare Plus Solutions Group (HPSG) as an Advisor to collaborate with healthcare organizations and develop talent solutions that boost employee engagement. Her ultimate goal is to help these organizations create great workplaces and provide exceptional care, making a meaningful difference in the lives of their employees and patients.

Ellen earned her MBA degree from Oklahoma Christian University and is a certified Lean Leader, SHRM-certified HR professional, certified Professional Coach, certified Energy Management Index Master Practitioner and a Results Based Leadership Institute graduate. Her leadership has earned her the Ultimate Software Innovation Award and recognition from publications such as Becker’s Hospital Review.

Nicole has an intense desire to make a difference…and it shows. Throughout her work in events, sales & marketing, community work, and business development, Nicole’s career spanning 15 years has produced consistent results.

In 2014, Nicole joined Quint Studer as one of the first employees at Studer Community Institute. She was on the team that piloted the first early learning programs in Pensacola, FL. Nicole also spearheaded the small business training and development program, ultimately helping initiate EntreCon, a nationally known business and leadership conference. Most recently, she organized The Gratitude Symposium, impacting over 61,000 healthcare professionals with 45 expert speakers.

Today Nicole plays a vital role in working with partners and making an impact. She is a certified Management by Strengths trainer and manages all operations, assessments leads the data and research division, and helps organizations turn data into knowledge.

As a former Program and Events Manager for the Chamber of Commerce, she is instrumental in organizing and managing events that have an impact on individuals and organizations. Her extensive experience in sales and marketing with Cox Media has translated into success with organizations she assists. Whether managing partner engagement, managing book sales, designing and maintaining the website, the constant for Nicole is results.
