With more than 30 years in the health care industry, Kim Bass is a Partner with Healthcare Plus Solutions Group. Kim has served in both hospital and ambulatory leadership roles committed to improving provider and employee engagement. Prior to joining HPSG, Kim served as the Vice President of Ambulatory Operations at Cooper University Health Care in southern New Jersey where she was responsible for the operational oversight of more than 80 medical practices collaborating with fellow leaders, providers, and staff to ensure the high quality care and extraordinary service for patients. She is also a national speaker for Medical Group Management Association.

Kim previously served as a coach and national speaker for Studer Group. She worked closely with the executive leadership teams of numerous partner health care organizations across the U.S. using an evidenced based leadership foundation to achieve cultural transformation and operational excellence.

Kim earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Rutgers University.
